No SSN
good morning,
I received my work permits last week Saturday but didn't receive SSN card and it hasn't arrived yet. Does anyone know how long it would take for it to arrive and if I need to go to the SSA office to request one?
My interview is June 11, do you think I need it for the interview as well?

yep you gotta go to SSA to request one, this in happened to me too never arrived

I requested for SSN for my wife when we applied for EAD ead was approved and got the ead card .. but ssn didn’t come for 2 weeks we went to SSN office we told we applied with EAD card they told it could be issue in backend . we applied for ssn with showing our EAD card physically in the office and got ssn in our post in 10 days

Go to ssa office with your valid l passport, prove of address, work permit and you request
