no receipt notice for i485
My lawyers filed i485, EAD and AP on Nov 13 and I still haven’t received any receipt notices. I called uscis and they said they don’t see anything under my name yet and told me to check with lawyers if the cheque has been cashed out.
My lawyers told me to wait for 30 days until Dec 13 before they can look into it.
I’m getting worried that they lost my application.
I’m signed up to usps daily notifications.
anyone had similar experiences with delayed receipts?

you need to wait a little longer.
my i485 was filed on Nov 7th(received date) and we got the notices on Nov 25th.

happened to me once. Even though my pd date was way before current, the Dallas office rejected my application and sent back. we had to re apply with a letter accompanied by the document packet. Then within 10 days the check was cashed and application started processing and within a month i got biometric notice.
hopefully in your case, it processes quickly.

I just spoke to live agent via chat, they said receipt notices have been mailed today! now will be waiting for the biometrics notice 😅

contacted live agent via chat, notice sent on 28th and biometrics sent on 30th Nov. just waiting to get those letters in mail now

@Lolo Messi yes I got receipt noticea on Dec 4, and biometrics notice on Dec 8th
