No Prima Facie
Hi!
First prima facie was sent which lasted for a year. expired Aug 2023. I am yet to receive another one. PD is April 2022. I was sent EAD/AP & PF for a year but i haven’t gotten a renewal after the first PF expired. No RFE either. I inquired with my attorney and she said she will reach out to them. Does anyone have similar experience? please share or what do y’all think?

if this is happening, it's because they are going to check the decision to be made before renewing it for you.

@Nicki M no it's not that, when they have a lot of files, it must be certain that you still meet the renewal conditions... it's just procedures... and above all, don't forget, now it's 5 years work authorization they give. 😁😁 he checks everything before making any 5 years decision
