@S J I heard a lot of people say October 2024 could bring a major change in the Final Action Date. They said the if Trump be the next president, USCIS won't have to deal with unlawful documents and therefore have more time for legal immigration. Mine is Sep 2021 too, we literally stay in this processing from the time the president Biden starts until now. I know people go through this processing just 1 year working with a GC because under Trump the final Action Date is always current. Now Biden is busy with illegal immigrants and have no time for us.

@S J I don't think he gonna be the next President again, so hopefully we can live our lives as a normal Permanent Resident soon after a year. Mine case is CRP since 2022.

@S J Yeah since lots of people go against him for illegal immigration policy. I don’t think he is gonna be the next President again. He spends extra time on them so our legal immigration delays. I hope we gonna live our lives soon in 2025.

@S J No but I got Case Remains Pending in Oct 2022, Not sure if they waive the interview. Did they tell you when you get the decision or when the GC is available to you?

@S J Ok now we wait for Oct 2024. Our GC were meant to be sent to us sooner than this.

@S J Yeah I think within January February March 2025 but hopefully faster than it if Oct 2024 make a big jump, honestly I have never predicted that it could be this slowed.

@S J Yeah I also applied for renewal EAD as well. For sure it would be enough but please don’t tell me to wait 5 more years for GC, we only need 1 year more. More than that it is not worth the wait.

@S J True but hopefully in early 2025, late 2025 is kinda late.
