OMG no movent in any category

@gint lockwood is right. if you look at the data they published as of nov 3, 2024 there were thousands of new pending applications with 2022 pd. They seem to be approving less than one thousand per month. Which equates to multiple months to get through 2022. I wish I knew where all these new cases are coming from (someone said eb2 transfers) and why approvals are moving so slow relative to the annual limit for eb3.

It is so disheartening to see no movements for EB1 category, it is now being abused as H1 visa. People are porting from EB2 or EB3 in bulk now. Unfortunately it is hurting the legitimate EB1 applicants big time now. Specially ppl on L1A who are going to complete their 7 years of Visa time and will have no option but move back to India 😟

my PD is April/2022 and still waiting ….

They usually approve a little over 20k eb3 row. If that happens this fiscal year, PD should move well into 2023 before they run out of visa numbers.
