No Medical RFE Response Received Update from Hialeah FO
I am EB3 ROW PD Aug 5th 2021.
I sent Medicals RFe response for my family together to Hialeah FO. According to FedEX was received at the office on September 3rd 2024. Almost 2 weeks ago.
I have not received an update that the medicals were received on i485 case statuses.
can anyone share their experience or if I should be worried?

don’t want to scare, but I sent my medicals December 2022 and still got no update. so that can happen too

@Sunny B I didn’t. I didn’t even get a notice or update saying they sent RFE. I just got straight up letter in mail. then got a notice 9 months later saying they reusing my biometrics.

I sent on Aug 19 my medical RFE and it hasn’t updated yet Sept25
