No mail received
What should I do if the Immigration Bureau has sent me supplementary documents but my law firm has not received them several times?

@xiulong chen: If USCIS or the Immigration Bureau says they’ve mailed documents but your law firm hasn’t received them: 1. Check the Address on File: Confirm that USCIS has your attorney’s correct mailing address. Your lawyer can verify this by calling or submitting an online inquiry. 2. Ask Your Attorney to File a Form G-28 Again (if needed): Sometimes if a Form G-28 (Notice of Attorney Appearance) wasn’t accepted properly, USCIS may not be sending things to your lawyer. Refiling it can fix that. 3. Submit a Case Inquiry for Non-Delivery: You or your lawyer can submit a USCIS e-Request for non-delivery to report the missing mail and request a reissue. 4. Request Copies Through Your Online Account (if available): If you have a USCIS online account, some notices might be available as PDFs under “Documents.” 5. Consider Changing Mailing Address to the Law Firm (Form AR-11): If notices are going to the wrong address, you might want to formally update your mailing address to your attorney’s office using Form AR-11. I hope this helps.
