Hi Dhruv, in the same boat! I filed I526 in March and concurrently filed 485, 131 & 765 in Apr. My lawyer tells me that USCIS will pick up our 485 after the 526 is approved which makes sense. Biometrics is related to 485 hence that won't happen anytime soon until 526 gets approved. For now they will process the EAD and the travel card. I just got RFE for my EAD which I responded to (they wanted photos). Hope this helps. But your EB5 lawyer shd be in best position to explain the sequence of events.

filed 526 in Mar 2022. I m told travel doc comes along with EAD. really hoping it does since I have not been able to go to India since 2016.

I did get my EAD but no updates on travel doc.

It’s been 8 months since my I-526 is approved, still I-485 is pending. I-485 was concurrently filed in September 2022. I-526 was approved in May 2024.
