@Arnold Akamere You have a stand alone I-130 case? Your spouse or you are living outside the US? I’ve heard mixed answers. Some people have said that you cannot be exempted from the interview unless you’re in the US already while others have said that they are outside the US and weren’t required to interview. I hope that someone here can clarify. I’d also like to know.
What’s your service center? I have the exact same PD as you.
