No Green card since entry in US (90+ days)
Hi,
My parents came with I-130 in June, went thru CBP and were processed. but it has been more than 90 and still nothing about their cards. Anyone knows how I can inquire about the status? I called the 800-375-5286 but could not get hold of no one.

when you called 800-375-5286, did they connect you to someone? if not this is what I do. I will first say appointment then they will ask for my case number and after that they will connect me with a life agent

You need to paid for it first before they mail it to the person. You need to go online and file the paperwork for the person.

@Samuel Darmoe I paid the fees since March when they issued the visa and my parents came in June. so from March to October it has been 7 months since the fees were paid
