No future hearing for this case
I filed for prosecutorial discretion with immigration court couple months ago and today I saw on the EIOr website that I have no future hearing on my case but it still says pendind(before that I had a hearing schedule for October/2025. So what does that means? This happened to anyone here? Thank you

enio dekuJan 17, 2023
they haven't said a date yet.
mk .Jan 17, 2023
I hope it’s a date sooner than the original one
domino 23Jan 17, 2023
Mikaill it can be both. sooner or later. but usually later

domino I just saw you got your motion terminated today, congratulations!!! you also filed for PD. my lawyer filed for pd with court and we haven’t gotten an answer yet. I called court today and clerk said they already sent the instructions to my lawyer
domino 23Jan 18, 2023
normally lawyer filed PD with DHS / OPLA and not with the court. if DHS / OPLA approve then the lawyer and DHS will file joint motion to dismiss to the court. in my case, PD not happened. filed twice, nothing. dead silence for 7 months
mk .Jan 18, 2023
gotcha. my lawyer filed in November for PD but no answer yet. dont know why she didn’t file motion to terminate it would be a better option. ima wait to see what they sent to the lawyer
domino 23Jan 18, 2023
I filed since May 22 and DHS just ignored it. ask ur lawyer to file motion to temrinate to the court.
mk .Jan 18, 2023
ima ask her to file directly to motion to terminate because it’s been i while i dah to change lawyers because the old one simply said she filed and after 8 months of waiting I found out she never did. hope this new one is doing what she is supposed to
domino 23Jan 18, 2023
yes. there matter of Coronado Acevedo that allow judge to terminate the case instead of doing joint motion
domino 23Jan 18, 2023

M MFeb 2, 2023
Mikaill I filed in June and still haven’t heard anything either. what office did you file with. your lawyer should be able to provide you with a w service receipt to prove they sent it.
mk .Feb 3, 2023
yo my case was dismissed by judge today finally thank god.
mk .Feb 3, 2023
my lawyer filed a joint motion with the Ice attorney Wednesday and today the judge granted!
M MFeb 6, 2023
mikaill did you wait for DHS or your attorney filled with the court and got it dismissed that way?
mk .Feb 7, 2023
@M M my lawyer said that the ice attorney called her and said she was willing to sign motion together with my lawyer to dismiss the case, and they both signed on Wednesday and on Friday morning judge signed the dismissal letter. it was a joint motion
