This is weird. Usually it transfers to NBC after I 140 approval. Try congressman inquiry. Also try to expedite your I 765 once more. It may trigger any movement.

@J Z I tried twice to expedite. once in November last year and again in January this year. both times they denied. I tried emailing a request letter but no one from the Congressman side responded. so I gave up. it’s crazy @ TSC.

Sending request to congresswoman didn’t work for us so tried calling her office and explained our situation. It worked for us. Pls try to call the office.

@S SS / @J Z did you get any update on this congresswoman approach? I too reached congresswoman for my EAD case, waiting for a week now to get response from uscis.

@Meeran Abdul razak I did not get any encouragement from my lawyer and she said it’s generally not very useful so I did not try.

ok, my eb1 EAD case is pending with Texas service center, pd 12/14/2022. is there any timeline suggestions for EAD based on current trend?

@Meeran Abdul razak What does your lawfully bar graphs say ? My bar graphs says, 90% EAD have been approved and I am in the last 10%. 😀 Hilites also says something similar. So it’s sheer luck.

is this you see by premium access?

@Meeran Abdul razak I tried Congressman approach. They are limited since case is not outside the window. They said the service center is severely backlogged. So this approach did not work for me.

@S SS thanks for sharing, I didn’t get response yet from uscis for my congressman inquiry. it’s been 2 weeks now. as i see in some website, uscis response may take min 30 days for congressman inquiry.

315 days gone since I applied. No progress.
