no decision after stokes interview in New Orleans field office.
hey anybody attended a stokes interview and didn’t get a decision? I have been waiting almost 9 months now. I got an RFE after the interview and responded to it in February 2020. The only update we had was that the I130 name was updated in May and that was it.

I would but I just need someone with a similar experience to give me some insights. All the lawyer can do will be to fine a mandamus. They will want to play mischief with the only two questions we got wrong. I need to know if anyone has filed an APA claim

what kinda of RFE gave you!!! i also to waiting for decision I had my interview one year ago not RFE it all

yes we had like 5 decrepancies the first interview was terrible the lady officer was very rude ! the woman that did the stokes was very nice tho nbc

Was the first interview also stokes? I am guessing you are waiting for the 10 years card now? My marriage will be 2 years in February

no the first interview wasn’t stokes it was my kids me and my husband the second interview was for me and my husband alone and we were separated and question yesterday was 2 years for using so am hoping it will be the 10 year
