no confirmation of RFE receipt from USCIS after two months
Hello my lawyer told me she sent the answer for Request of evidence since almost 2 months but I never received confirmation from USCIS and when we call they said they never receive it. my lawyer is very bad, it’s hard meet him or contact him on phone, I told her to send another document online but she said we don’t need it it’s a normal procedure. I don’t want to see my case dinied, I have 3 months to send the documents and it’s already 2 months.
Has anyone ever experienced a similar situation?? what do you recommend ??

upload it by your self, lawyers don’t care, you don’t have to tell him anything just upload it, is your case, they don’t care @Abdoulaye S

@Abdoulaye S Be patient, it happens sometimes, my i130 took three months before it was acknowledged, and approved after 3-4 days, don’t loose faith, and keep praying to God, he will grant you success.

upload your documents yourself or send it again. rather have them receive it twice then not receive anything and automatically deny your case. then you would have to reapply all over again.

@Rickey J oh yeah unfortunately I got 90 days before USCIS make a decision so if I wait more Thant 3 months and USCIS never récit it’s gonna be a big mystake I think I’m gonna try to do it by myself

hello guys as you advised me I decided to send the documents again, my lawyer collected all the documents again and I dropped them by myself at the post office on Tuesday 17th, then I was able to see that the USPS delivered it on Friday 19th with the tracking number. I would like to know approximately how long it should take for USCIS to confirm to me that they have received the documents? I want to travel but I want to make sure that USCIS received it by November 11th 2023 before

thanks god I saw the approval notice of I-130 in my account even my case is still actively in review . hope they gonna approve mu i-485 also
