@V F if your biometrics is scheduled, you won’t see any updates on the app, you’ll only receive the notification via mail, do you have a lawyer?

@V F I have a similar situation, they received my I-360 in January, I have yet to receive a biometrics appointment . I last did them in 2016 so they can’t reuse those. They transferred my case as well.
