@ merit What is the Ref for? And did you mail and upload it online? Just asking cause I got a ref too and I saw the Ref in my document account just wondering if I should mail it and still send a copy online.

Did they at least confirm they received it? i mailed my response back over a week ago and haven't heard anything! There wasn't any options to upload online.

7 months ago I responded and nothing 😔

Almost a month and no answer after my medical rfe, they said we need to wait 60 days 😕

I responded 6 months ago and the only thing I got was that it was recieved..

once it has been received the status will be changed to reflect that, once you paid for tracking you will be able to know that it was delivered or just call, but for the most part it will be placed back in the order it was received and they will start working on your case again.

@Kimberly L🇹🇹 i mailed it and also sent it online, they said received the online own, Hopefully I get approved soon
