No answer over a year later
hello everybody,
I filed in dec 2022 and I didn’t even received the work permit yet.
My lawyer says we just have to wait..easy to say..
I wake up every day hoping for an update…they approve cases from 2023 and just ignore cases from 2022?:(

I had to expedite my work permit and parole with the senate, but they usually request evidence. Try with them.

so true I’m seeing so much 2023 approvals within 3 months and I’m wondering what’s happening with 2022

I filed I-130 and I-485 sep 2022 since that was taking king I decided to file for my work permit oct 2023 and i got my work permit within three months makes me wonder if I should have filed everything in 2023

I’m from Sep 2022 and still waiting for my EAD too. I feel like USCIS just lost files from 2022 😂

I swear. Everywhere I read people with cases from 2022 are having the same issue. And I contacted them hoping they will look into it but the answer is that everything is ok and I have to wait.
