EB2-NIW RFE Response decision delay (PP)
is there anyone also experiencing delay in getting feedback from USCIS regarding their RFE response. rfe response has been received by USCIS since over 17 days and I haven’t gotten a response. my center is Nebraska and I did premium processing.

@ay ay it's 45 business days today. when you send RFE response your clock starts over from the beginning. so there is no delay in your case.

True, they have 45 days to do it… So according to them, is basically “on time”…

My RFE is delivered on Feb 27, 2024 and but they not updated anything that USCIS received any RFE response. So, my Attorney submitted Service Request (after 60 days of delivery) on April 29th. But, still no any response

@N F who said they have 45 days to decide your case after getting the response? is there anything on their website? As I sent my RFE ( birth certificate) they received it but the status still the same

@Hope fully I'm talking about I-140 NIW premium processing timeline. there is no such rule for I-485.
