@N F I don't know exactly what I did for my petition to be transferred online, but my working theory is I made it easy for them to scan it by not binding it using a clip. I saw a post on their website that said not to use binder clip to make it easier for then to scan.

it is very variable. regular processing is taking 90 days on an average based on people I have seen. majority of people are opting for premium which causing further delay.

is there anyone that jas gotten a receipt number that starts with IOE?

the IOE I have seen were all premium processing.

@Vin Thom I sent to Texas on regular processing, it got delivered oct 27, receipt number came Nov 1, actively being reviewed Nov 2, I'm hoping the trend continues like this for me, lawfully analysis says on average 6 days people like me get a response so im hoping.

I got a text message with my receipt number, and online it says my receipt was mailed so I should receive that this coming week
