Hi,
I would like to know if I should send in my medicals. My I-140 is still pending approval and I already filed my I-485. I was also issued an EAD last year.

At this point it’s best you wait for medical RFE. Sending it now might might not stop the RFE, causing you to send it twice.

Sending unsolicited documents can't hell you in any way, if at all, the docs get missing. So it's best to wait for them to ask.

oh okay , that makes a whole lot of sense. Thanks TY. A friend of mine said I should have sent Timmy medicals with my application so I wasn’t if that was necessary or not.
