Hi,
Anyone filed NIW between August 1st - August 15th @NSC and received a response? My case has been on active review since August 6. Is that a normal time frame even with premium processing?

it takes 30-45 working days to get a response for eb2 and 15 working days for EB1. I stand to be corrected in case the timing has changed again

@B OO Yes you’re right…it’s 45 business days for the NIW…but was hoping it would be earlier. Anyways keeping fingers crossed 🤞🏾

@Yes EB Man, the wait is tough…seen posts of people who got Texas SC and have gotten a decision so I was a bit concerned. Let’s hope for the best 🙏
