I am from Afghanistan and I entered the US from the Mexican border, I was interviewed by an immigration officer, then I was released and they did not give me a court date and I sent form I-589 to uscis. Does anyone know if they will interview me again or if my case will go to court. My case was updated in January 2024. Your case is with uscis and it is pending.
