I am beyond frustrated. filed in 2021 January, interviewed in dec 2021. no word or response from uscis until 2024 after the congressman reached out. we were scheduled for another interview after we moved out of state. we had to fly across country to attend the interview in April despite the cost. now again, no word since then. it’s like the same thing happening again. all my Reddit notifications are people getting approved as well as friends. when would it be my turn ? I’m faithful but on some days, my frustrations get the best of me and sends me to a very sad place. please God

this is enraging. are you just waiting for 485 or 130 as well?
your only choice is to sue I think. you’ll be approved In a month

SUE them, I know it’s expensive but that’s your only option at this point. File a Writ of Mandamus; my friend did the same and she got her green card in less than 30days. These people are awful and don’t care.

literally feel sorry for the cases assigned to National Benefits Center - the slowest processing center…
Singh USA 🇺🇸 Jun 22, 2024
@P N I rech my congressman last week and they told me wait for 30 days, do you think congressman can help because my both form pending since Aug 2022 and my I-485 is out of normal processing time and no interview also , can you please tell me how long they took to Resolve your case???
Right nowJun 22, 2024
@Singh USA 🇺🇸 some congressman are good. they keep following my case each step.
Annabel JeanJun 22, 2024
@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I’m waiting on both. I’d wait for the 120 day mark after the interview and if I don’t hear back, suing would be my only choice
Annabel JeanJun 22, 2024
@Dorcas A really awful. I would after the 120 day waiting period after interview.
Annabel JeanJun 22, 2024
@P N I already did. that’s why I was able to get called for another interview. my senate reached out again after interview and they said they have 120dqys to make a decision before we can reach out

@Angel of God interview was great. it was pure banter and conversation with the interviewer. she took some documents from what we came with for their records. and she let us know it’d be reviewed and if they need any they’d reached out.

@KMG 🇺🇸 &DAG 🇭🇳 it’s frustrating and so sad

@brian tov there’s no address discrepancy. We changed our address on file as we moved and even when I renewed my employment card it came to our current address, the interview notice also came to our current address. they do have the correct address on file but it’s just one of the many crazy things Uscis does. the reason we attended the interview was to avoid further delays from trying to reschedule another interview which is what our lawyer congressman and USCIS agent suggested. since Newark still had jurisdiction we went through with it and the interview officer could see that we both came from a different state because we had all the evidence from when we lived in New Jersey to the current state as well as our state IDs.

@Angel of God no it wasn’t. it was like normal. like the first one we had 2 years ago. the case was just abandoned till my congressman reached out and they probables scheduled because our marriage is now over two years ( we’re four years married) and it wouldn’t be a conditional green card anymore
P NJun 24, 2024
@Singh USA 🇺🇸 @Annabel Jean let’s hope you both hear back soon!!
