@Mr uscis blog is back. The amount of posts I see of you in any given time is commending . It feels like you are not an actual victim. We are the ones who are enduring your ridiculous post on daily basis. I wouldn’t be surprised if you post something like “Feeling Frustrated, So I went to do 🚽” 😂
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 6, 2024
@tired from waitingg I sent my medical already
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog How do you resist from not speaking your mind with this person? it’s like they’re obsessed with you lowkey. I told them my peace of mind on your last post & now I see they’re back like why????
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024
@remaining hopeful what do you mean
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024
@Bakhtiyor M well it’s a 601 waiver it’s gonna be
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog maybe it’s just me but A T seems like a rude person
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog isn’t that waiver for unlawful presence?? thought you said you entered with visa and went through inspection
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024

M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog lol Yeahh you’re right. I just commend you for the self control to not give them a piece of your mind here and there. Did you receive the RFE & know it’s a I-601 waiver? or just guessing it could be that? haven’t most people overstay and the new law that went into effect I think 1-2 years ago that states if you came in lawfully and have spent at least 10years in the state you will no longer be considered inadmissible and have to leave the country aka be barred and then come back in because you can now serve that time while living in the U.S
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024
@remaining hopeful just guessing 🤣🤣
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog Lol i hope it’s not that because the processing time for it is absurd! Maybe it has something to do with your appeal? did you appeal your case or put in a new I-485?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024
I@remaining hopeful I appeal it
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog Yeahh probably something more they need from the appeal. I think they use the standard 5-7 business days delivery so you’ll probably get it sometime next week between Tuesday & Thursday
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024
@remaining hopeful hopefully cause I’m tired of game after 5 years in this movie 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️I need a better job traveling etc
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog trust me I feel the pain been at this since 2019 and still waiting. had so many travel plans this year thinking the bs would’ve been over by now
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024
@remaining hopeful humm
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog idk it’s like 2019 filers got the short end of the stick. The wait time is just unfair
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024
@remaining hopeful some people use travel documents to travel but me I’m scared I’m not gonna use that 2019 as today humm it’s a lot I think it’s almost over
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog man you and I both. I never used mine. I was just like watch me be the 1% that this doesn’t end well
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024

M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Mr uscis blog sorry I didn’t get your messsage? I currently can’t see anything. called USCIS they can’t open to see it either. advised me to wait for the letter
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Spice Islander I’ve sent them both unless there’s a mistake again
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Spice Islander yess only I can’t take is flu cus it’s not in season
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Spice Islander yesss got certified disposition for every traffic violation. and the arrest thing that came up even the police department said that’s not right because I was never arrested and all it was was a citation
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Spice Islander I’m in GA.
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 7, 2024
@Spice Islander I think you’re right tho on the RFE but I just am so confused on where to go because I literally went to every law enforcement location in my city/county and showed them the Rfe
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 7, 2024
@Spice Islander @remaining hopeful hopefully I got this letter by the end of this week I can’t anymore tired
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 13, 2024
@remaining hopeful of course it’s your last step
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 13, 2024
@Mr uscis blog USCIS has actually been nice sending RFEs about the same thing. even my lawyer was surprised but I’ll take it as God’s favor
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 14, 2024
@remaining hopeful when it’s your time no one can’t stop you it’s your final stop
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 14, 2024
@Mr uscis blog thank youu🥹! praying you get great news soon too.
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 14, 2024
@remaining hopeful 🛻🛻🛻
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 14, 2024
@remaining hopeful it’s that right from the 6th as of today I don’t receive it yet?
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 14, 2024
@Mr uscis blog I was honestly expecting a longer wait time so I was shocked when my lawyers told me the RFE came yesterday. I’m sure yours in coming soon. I don’t actually get letters sent to me they all go to my lawyers office & they upload on their client portal before I see it.
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 14, 2024
ok
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 15, 2024
@Mr uscis blog any update on rfe?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 15, 2024
@remaining hopeful well no I contacted them this morning 3 times they said they was unable to verified my information after I try again with my old address it’s went through on my account my current address is good but on they side it’s still my old address a P.O. Box I used to use by I call the usp office they said no mail for me so thats why. the denial me the first time all my mail was stuck somewhere 😭😭 now on the 4th time I gave the lady nice person my old address she said they send me the RFE by email she put the request for me let’s see in24h I should receive it
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 15, 2024
@Mr uscis blog that’s great news! I’m always so grateful when you get to talk to nice competent people who really want to help in your situation. God bless the nice lady for helping you out.
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 15, 2024
@remaining hopeful After careful review of your inquiry for your I-485 Permanent Residence/Adjust Status (Others), we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the Vermont Service Center I just got this email
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 15, 2024
@Mr uscis blog I have made inquiries and was told I’d receive emails from them & never did. not sure why. I’d say just check you email periodically. How’d you end up getting your first denial letter? like where did it come to?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 15, 2024
@remaining hopeful I had to go to the office to get the denial letter last time tomorrow I make a appointment
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 15, 2024
@Mr uscis blog yess make an appointment ASAP so you could pick up the rfe and respond asap
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 17, 2024
@remaining hopeful I got it Submit Form I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility, with fee and follow the instructions on the form. You are inadmissible to the United States under INA 212(a)(6)(C)i) for misrepresentation of a material fact. You are not eligible to adjust status unless USCIS waives the ground of inadmissibility.
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 17, 2024
@Mr uscis blog ooohh noo! I think it’s because of the denial because VAWA exempts you from I-601.
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 17, 2024
@Mr uscis blog you said you appealed the decision after the denial right? what was the outcome of that? did they ever approve the appeal?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 17, 2024
@remaining hopeful yes
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 17, 2024
@Mr uscis blog yes to my second question of approving the appeal?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 17, 2024
@remaining hopeful they approve they appeal
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 17, 2024
@Mr uscis blog oohh, then it’s a great thing they approved the appeal but I think that also meant that you no longer qualified for certain exemptions VAWA applicants do causing them to give you the I-601 because of overstay. I understand now. I’m sorry you have to go through another process
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 17, 2024
@remaining hopeful so do you think it’s gonna take the same processing time 31 months?
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 17, 2024
@Mr uscis blog I’ll say that it’s worse case scenario. we’re hoping for the best but worse case scenario is this could take 2 1/2 - 3yrs. but remember worse case scenario. hoping for the best. please make sure your lawyer doesn’t screw this over and make any mistakes.
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 17, 2024
@remaining hopeful I feel like I gottt change this lawyer I feel he don’t care about this case I just send him the paperwork he said I’ll the price with you on Tuesday that’s not fuck up ? for you
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 17, 2024
@Mr uscis blog always go with your intuition. if your lawyer isn’t giving you good vibes than trust your instincts. I would use this weekend to research potential lawyers you can call to price compare & to see if you vibe well with them. if you don’t mind me asking what state do you live in? But I know even consultations are not free and cost hundreds of dollars. But was this the same lawyer that helped with the paperwork for your appeal to be approved? if so, that could be a positive thing. was it possible to file the I-601 online so you could log in and see the progress of the application?Because it seems like the address USCIS has for you doesn’t get your files whenever they get sent to you or they take too long to deliver
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 17, 2024
@remaining hopeful NY
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 17, 2024
@Mr uscis blog you should make a forum so someone can drop a lawyer from your city & state that helped them with their case or is really good. I’m from ATL so mine would be too far from you & their consultation fee is HIGH!
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 17, 2024
@Mr uscis blog the person that commented on your post just got their GC! Maybe use the lawyer they recommended ?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 19, 2024
@remaining hopeful he just charged me 3k for the waiver 😄😄🤦‍♂️
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 19, 2024
@Mr uscis blog 3K is a bit much especially because he won’t have to redo the I-485 once it gets approved they’ll just approve the I-485 soooo 3K for what?? did you see the other recommendations on your other post?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 19, 2024
@remaining hopeful he don’t even know what he talking about he ask 3k for himself and 1050 for immigration fee he not even update about vawa is free fees
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 19, 2024
@Mr uscis blog to me your lawyer is being greedy. He does not need to charge that much to help with the paperwork especially if you’re the one that’s filling out the paperwork all he’s necessarily doing is putting it through for you so I don’t understand why he would think 3K is a great deal!
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 19, 2024
@remaining hopeful it’s New York City they don’t care how you gonna get the money just bring it 🤷‍♂️
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 19, 2024
@Mr uscis blog mmm very true what’s your thought process? your plan?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 19, 2024
@remaining hopeful I don’t know what I’m supposed to do now I’m stuck
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 19, 2024
have you tried reaching out to the lawyers that was referred to you on your post to price compare?
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 19, 2024
@remaining hopeful 1 of them is 400$ consultation the second one is 300$
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 19, 2024
@Mr uscis blog Yeahh consultations are really expensive. it sucks. but man 3K still sounds like soo much.
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 19, 2024
@remaining hopeful yep thank you for everything you went through with me ok I do appreciate that
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 19, 2024
@Mr uscis blog No problem at all! I wish you all the best. please do keep me updated how everything goes once you decide to put it through. it’ll all work out in the end🙏🏾

@remaining hopeful thank you
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 19, 2024
@Mr uscis blog you’re welcome
Vanderbilt DartulingAug 22, 2024
@remaining hopeful Thank you for reaching out to Ellis Porter. We reviewed the information you submitted, and I believe that you are inadmissible but that you could apply for a waiver of inadmissibility. Timing: These waivers take 60 to 90 days to prepare. Once filed, typical processing time is two years. These waivers are generously granted provided that the application and supporting documents are well-prepared. Fees: We would be happy to assist your waiver application. Our fee to assist you would be $5,000 and the government filing fee would be an additional $1,050.
M
Ms. Greencard HolderAug 22, 2024
