New President
In my opinion, cases will likely receive faster decisions with the newly elected president. Just so you all know, there is a difference between illegal immigrants and undocumented immigrants. Share your thoughts. Lets chit chat

I agree!!! he is behind who does crime and harass innocent!!!
have heard his speeches, he is very much keen and precise between good and bad. so all criminals needs to worry which is good , bad need to eliminate..

@Hope Hope No one knows anything yet. I agree. I just think that since he said there will be mass deportation, I feel like most cases will be reviewed faster. #just a random thought# It's just frustrating. I plan to travel with my AP by June.

I knew some people who filed VAWA, working permit, and AOS during Trump Administration. It was way more faster. They had their GC after almost 2 years overall process. I heard about him talking about mass deportation. I hope he won't get rid what Biden Administration does for immigration. 🙏 He is just scary bc it might happen again to detain undocumented immigrants. I hope not, but let's just be careful when he sits in the office.🙏🙏🙏

@bogata bogata VAWA cases used to be processed faster because USCIS didn’t have as many cases, including asylum cases. After the pandemic, the number of VAWA and asylum cases increased significantly, which is why the timeline has extended. about trump idk be honest, they can delay more cases, the fear is in the air, will be hard be an undocumented immigrant sad 😔

well i filled January 2021 have 5 years work and travel permit that point im kinda let it kinda give up im texting from hospital got surgery health most important thing so be healthy and just let it go we can not change nothing not in our hands i will travel probably march with ap
