hi, I didn't receive my combo card. I was issued a tracking number and i traced on usps which says card delivered to my mailbox but i never receive no card. I was at the post office to complain but they were not able to trace it. what can I do?

Abdel AA your current marriage certificate and documents referring to you and your spouse it can be tax returns or transcripts, bank accounts, lease, or certificate of children you have together. if your spouse is citizen you have to a copy of your spouse citizenship certificate or birth certificate

hi, I applied for my wife's i130 April last year 2019. I am American and she is in Nigeria. They did not ask for any RFE because I gave everything there is to give. Months later, they transferred my case from California to Vermont. Now it's November 2020, I have not heard from them. do you know what's going on? or when can I expect approval?

@Wayne Mostly, when they transfer your case to a different service centre, it means they need further review which means they need to do a more in-depth digging. It may take a while(long or short) but pray.

Kashif, the I-797C notice of action for your I-130 will contain that info.

That's not a category, it's the type of form you'll receive. If you've filed your I-130, you should have already received your I-797C notice of action. It's basically a response to what you filed with instructions, etc.

what is the average processing time for n-400?

I filed I-130 application for my wife and 2yrs old daughter and the cases were received and approved by the USCIS since February 24, 2020. Since then, everything remain static. I am concerned about when My cases will move to the next stage (The NVC). Can I get an idea about a possible predicted date or time frame? thanks

I-751 depends on where your office adjudication.

like here in Chattanooga, TN it took my I-751 around 5 months to be approved without RFE or an interview. I was really amazed but I have them some great amount of joint documents. most importantly bank statements and tax returns
