did you the paper saying your case being held for review after your interview?and have you sign any paper during the your interview?i just want to know because I’m still waiting for decision almost 9 months after interviewed

@12alia Yes, I was handed paper saying case being held for review. And I did have to sign paper (it was for i485 yes no questions, basically confirming nothing was changed from original) What FO and what is processing time? Did you raise any SR yet ? I raised first SR on i485 on 4/28 second my wife did on i130 5/13 Then requested Tier2 callback and no response. Then we did another SR on i130 last week and today I got this update.

@S Ka FO Indianapolis and I raised more than 8 time including my lawyer and congressman,and I 130 is outside normal processing time,my called and they said they are going to call her back n 2 weeks and they never did,yes I got the white for the review and I did sign under yes and no questions because I changed 1 questions my lawyer mess it up,she put no and I changed to yes somebody help me to aply for USA visa wich is the lawyer filled my case and back home someone help to apply for as well

I understand, I am sorry for what you are going through. I am not a lawyer but even if you do get a lawyer, Lawyers mess up almost all the times. My lawyer messed up my DOB on my EAD renewal. Even if you have a lawyer, you should stay on top of your case. Since you are outside processing time, Have you considered suing USCIS? What does your lawyer say about it? I don't know if you are aware, But there is a lawyer on YouTube Jim Hackling. He said if your case is taking longer than usual, Suing is the only thing that actually works. I would say you should get his consultatio. He does online video chat sessions too. If your lawyer isn't doing his job, Consider other options. Good luck

here is what absolutely do not like about lawyers, They charge for their own mistakes too. So my wife hadn't filed her one year taxes from last 3 years we required to file. I asked my lawyer, He said it is good. So we didn't send her 1 year tax return. But I got RFIE back in Feb 2020. Went to lawyer he said it will be 150 bucks to reply to that RFIE. I was pissed, Like you fcking kidding me, You are my lawyer, You told me it is not required, now you wanna charge me for your own mistake? Like seriously? I didn't pay and made him reply to that. @nas Thank you so much. It was a long tiresome ride. Yes I did a couple of inquiries. All of them ended with general response. But my wife did last week on i130. I am pretty damn sure that one triggered it. I never received response on the last one, Just got card being produced update on i485. :)

@Sara No, Were not separated. Our interview went pretty well actually. Me and my wife are mixed couple.(two different cultures) That is the only reason I can think of why they took so long.

@Nina hi, So first SR i did was on i485 at 28 day mark. Response was following: Our records show that your I-485 application is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay. Second SR was by my wife on i130 response was following: We are still reviewing your case at one of our Service Centers, due to the current situation processing may take longer. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision. Then another request my wife did on i485 we received following response: We are still reviewing your case. We regret that we cannot provide a definitive timeframe on the processing. We will mail you a notice. Then last request was on i130, To which we never received any response and got approval a week after submission. I hope it helps :) Also I just received my card today 🥳 and it is really green :')

hi SKa I hope they gave you a 10 year GC. btw, how to submit these service requests on individual forms (for example SR for I485, SR for I-130)?
