@vitaliy 123 * A copy of the interview appointment letter. * A valid passport (at least 6 months validity) and a copy of the biographic page. * Any old and expired passports * Any US visas showing you maintaining your status in the US while waiting for the I485 approval * 2 passport photos * Original copies, English translations, and a photocopy of all civil documents (birth certificate/marriage certificate/divorce certificate/military record/name changing record/adoption…) * I-140/I-485/I-131/I-765 submission and receipt/approval notices. * Original memo. You should be able to explain the basic nature of the job; how you applied and were selected for it; when you were interviewed for the position and what was discussed; and personal employment and /or educational history. * Any Parole/Travel documents, Any EAD cards * (Principal applicant ONLY) Employer’s offer letter- form I485J

@gabriela s I responded to a medical RFE on March 13th with NBC but today after talking to a USCIS live agent I found out that my case was transferred on the 31st to the Omaha field office, it’s local for me! I think there will be an interview

you guy got medical rfe from NBC or non local field office, but still got transfer to local office for interviewing. huh

some case I saw they just approved after submitted

@Alex Alex , no updates so far! no updates at this time, interview not scheduled yet! what is your PD and current status?

@vitaliy 123 my pd is Dec 10 2021 and my current status is CRP. I had my interview on July 2025

@Alex Alex How did your interview go, what documents did they ask for?

@vitaliy 123 They asked me basically yes no questions and all have you ever questions from I-485 thats all. It was smooth and my interview lasted 15-20 min.

@Alex Alex What documents did they ask you to provide in the interview?

@vitaliy 123 My medical, Supplement J, pay stubs (which I didn’t have) etc before your interview USCIS sends you the list to bring in the interview thats what I took with me.

@Alex Alex you can get approved pretty quickly, you have a fresh medical and interview

congrats!!!! my PD is in August 05 2021, I had my interview in Salt Lake. I gave my i485 supplemental J and me and my family are still waiting. It has more then 60 days after interview and I didn’t hear anything yet. Almost 3 yrs working for my current employer. Hopefully I will hear something back soon. 🙏🏻
