New card is being produced I-765
So I just got this good news. I'm very happy. Yayyyy. My concern now is this. Is this card gonna be a combo card? I had my request to expedite my travel document approved. How long from your experience can I get the card in hand after : New Card is being produced? Good luck to all those waiting for their approval!

@Hopefully hopeful what reason did u give for expedite and where did u send that cause I applied my 765 and 131 at same time as you but no news yet on my end . I don't have any work status now I'm waiting long too

congratulations.
lucky you. they received my case on Oct 2022, got my receipts in Jan 2023, finished my biometrics in may.
no update so far.

Delivered: 06/13
The tracking didn't show up on the USCIS website. I had to get thru Emma bot to a live agent, and the live agent provided me with the tracking #.
Sometimes they mail it directly to you, or if Family case, it gets mailed to the lawyer who filed it.

@g s I applied through congressman. The reason was Humanitarian due to my sibling being in critical condition in the hospital. I provided doctor's report. Good luck to you 🤞

@Hopefully hopeful I do have emergency in india but I can't expedite yet cause my joint motion to dismiss is still in pending for asylum it's been 3 months no reply from dhs officer or court trial officer I m so frustrated does anyone know how long dhs take to close asylum or no

@g s Amen to that. Thank you very much. I really hope it is the Combo card. About the motion to dismiss, I assume your lawyer already contacted the DHS officer to discuss the dismissal. I think that is usually a straightforward process after DHS sends a joint motion to dismiss. The Judge actually makes the decision without waiting for a court date. I really hope that you get the dismissal this month. Let's just keep fingers crossed 🤞

@g s I know someone who got termination of deportation due to joint motion with DHS within a month in Cleveland. So maybe depends on court workload. It is advisable to go through a lawyer.

Hi, my EAD was approved on June 9 and when get it ( physical ) yesterday, June 13.
and was just EAD, not my advance parole. 😰

If it says standalone approval then it's not a combo card, only work authorization. I had this be my case. Mine was approved on June 1st, card produced June 9th, and got it in the mail today!

@Cristian Aguilera Thanks 🙏. You don't need to be scared. The AP is meant for you to travel and return to the US while your case is pending. So just relax and travel in peace. As for me, I will travel the very next day after reception of the card😎
