New Card is Being Produced
I'm one of those that checks their case all the time through the USCIS website. And now more since the apps and websites are struggling due to the API. But today it finally changed to new card is being produced.
My case became current in October, but since I hadn't heard anything after 30 days (based on the website), I called USCIS on November 7th to submit a request. Hadn't heard anything, so I contacted my senator and explain him that they hadn't responded to my request and that I had surpassed the 12 months of my FO. That was last Monday (1/27). His office sent a request on (1/29) to USCIS. And today I got the news (2/3).

Congratulations!!! 🎉
I submitted I-485 on Dec 21 2023;
I emailed the congressman on Jan 9th. Uscis replied their inquiry with the most generic way. I asked them to get further information; they submitted a follow up inquiry on Jan 27.
Seeing a lot of people with a status change to CRP. Mine never changed to Crp.
I chat with Emma; my case was in NBC, then transferred to Cincinnati, then to a local field office, NJ.
To sum up; I’m exhausted and tired. It’s been 400+ days… and I deeply respect everyone who are from those backlogged countries; waiting for more than 10 years…
I hope everyone receives the approvals the soonest.

Congratulations! My case is changed to CRP since Aug/08 and then nothing changes. I have already ask senator for help and get generic feedback from USCIS "no visa available". Hope that my case (and others cases) will be approved like your soon!

@C S
Thank you!
I totally understand how you are feeling. It's mentally draining and stressful to look everyone get approved. Not saying we are not happy for them. Our timelines look very similar, so I'm hoping you hear something back and that follow-up inquiry works out. I wish I could have the right words to encourage you. All I can say is that do not give up, you can't give up. You're one day closer to get there.

@When my CRP ends
Thank you!
I hope your case gets approved soon. But if you're current and they are replying "no visa available", I'd recommend to push back and get to a live agent on the phone and make them confirm your priority dates until they respond why "no visa available". My live agent seemed with a little experience and confused, gave me wrong dates, which make her create a request internally to NBC.
When I called the live agent and wrote to my senator, I quoted the paragraph on "For Information About Your Case" at:

@J G thanks for your support; and yes, we cannot give up. This is the final step, we’re almost there. I check it daily for few minutes and try not to think about it the rest of the day. 😆

@C S , the good news is your case is never go to CRP (It is a blackhole) and it already go to your local office. I hope that your case will be approved soon! Keeping hope and you will get the GC as it will come to you one day.
