No interview. 13th January also I talked to Emma asking for RFE delivery confirmation and interview waiver. But they told to wait for both. My I-130 also status never updated online after receiving.

nope. they usually update the case status once they have shipped it. next day they will update again with tracking number.. if not you can talk to Emma and get the tracking number.
I think it will take a week at least to ship it then USPS will take time according to how far u are from shipped address.
