never received prima facie but approve of work authorization & travel documents
hi guys goodnight any advice please I file VAWA Oct 2022 receive work authorization & travel documents June 2024 but never received a prima facie I’m kind of confused what is a prima facie I see a lot of people on this apps say they received it and I never received anything like that’s is that’s a bad sign for my case or can I be approve without a prima facie ???

I have a question. I refiled my denied VAWA in September 2023 and within few mo the I got prima facie and 5 years validity c9 Ead with advance parile. it’s been 14 months since I refiled. Today I see that in uscis tracker I see a new update within 30mins in my c9 ead that card was delivered to me but the date showed 6 months before when I actually received the combo card. I am confused why they updated again in that receipt number. please anybody can throw some light. I am waiting for the VAWA approval only
