this process is painful, I responded to rfe june 15th 2023 and until today no responses. processing time for Minnesota day 24months yet I can’t send service request my application for 32 months as of today. anyone who can share advice or opinion.

same here, They received my rfe on July 4th and still nothing!

you can consider suing them around $5,000, normally your case will get some progress within 60 days. your case is longer than normal pretty sure you can contact your congressman/congresswoman but I am not sure them help or not.

am also thinking of suing them. my lawyer referred me to Marc prokosch, but she recommended that we first request assistant form
ombudsman office and see how it goes..
