Needing EB1A interview experience at Dallas FO
Hi Everyone, I have an interview coming up in a month’s time and I just wanted to know if anyone has had experience being interviewed at the Dallas FO in Irving. I appreciate any and all insights.
Also, would like to know if it is recommended to attend the interview with a Lawyer, I would like Attorney recommendations too.

@LarryMark Lanray Thank you. I wish you all the best too. From what I have been seeing and hearing, the interviews have been super straightforward and only items in i485 were addressed. We should be good, God will go before us and with us 🙏🏾

did your interview waiver check box checked when your 485 is been pending and did they change after to interview needed

@k k I never received any update(s) after my response to initial RFE. So I never got any update about Interview being waived. it was RFE then Biometrics then RFE response then Interview after 8months as shared in my Timeline.

Hi guys, yes I had my interview on Monday. It went the way everyone said their’s went. Got asked about I485 yes/no questions.
Fixed my Public charge question to “Yes” - because I am not an “Asylum petitioner”.
My advice - Go with God, go with a Lawyer.

@k k my Interviewer said you should only tick “No” if you are an Asylee applicant. Apparently this section will be updated with interpretation in the next version of the i485 document
