my I-140 was denied after the USCIS sent the RFE letter twice but never received by my lawyer. Anybody knows what happens now? what should I do now?!

hello reach out to ombudsman man and open a case with them follow the instructions on USCIS denial letter you should be able to file for a motion to reopen case
