need to build patience
Hi i recently petitioned for my spouse on April 3 2023..I definitely need much patience and support but in long run it is all worth the wait! I seen my processing time change several times down to 6 months from 14.5 to 13 months then to 7 months and now to 6 months..anyone have same, hopefully it’s a good..

I applied on 19th of April. mine just changed to 6 months on the night of 30th of June

@jojo I wouldn't say they are checking "OUR" petition, but they definitely are checking the petitions before ours. AND I hope they work faster so that OUR petition will be reviewed sooner 😂

@jojo can you go to "Case Status" and see if yours says "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS"? what's the date on it? mine is "June 15, 2023"
