Need suggestions on my H1B case.
I have filed my petition for my H1B in June 2025 in general category and it has been in "processing" state for past 13 months and recently I've converted it to premium processing on July 31st and on August 12th I got an update saying that my premium processing has been stopped and they have sent notice regarding the concern. I haven't received the notice yet and when I spoke with the USCIS customer service they said they haven't drafted the notice yet and it has been almost four business days now, should I wait for it or can I do anything in my case?

Not yet on the notice part. When the lawyer reached out they told that they are still reviewing my case.

anything will happen at this moment of time bro, so be careful. premium you need to do at your initial days of filing it self. it’s too late at this point of time. that’s why they rejected the premium process at this moment. anything will happen at this moment. either it will RFE or administrative process.
