Need Suggestion regarding Mandamus timeline
My EB-3 unskilled priority date is September 2020. I had my first interview in January 2023, and no RFE was issued and no decision was made. After more than 2.5 years, I had a second interview exact 4 months ago, in August 2025.
Considering the timeline, specifically that it has been only 4 months since my second interview, is it too early to file a writ of mandamus?

go ahead. my pd is apr and had interview in oct 25. I am doing it now. tired of waiting and visa bulletin keeps moving
