need suggestion.
my i485 has been pending at the Texas applications center for the past 3 yrs because i was in removal proceedings. 3 months ego the immigration judge dismissed my case because my lawyer filled a joint motion with ICE . should i mail the judgement copy to the Texas application center or the court will mailed it in since is almost 3 months

did the judge terminate ur case and also approved ur green card ?did u file I-485 to USCIS or to the court ?
if u filed with the court, you or ur lawyer need to keep asking ICE lawyer to send ur case to USCIS, otherwise ur case will be dormant in texas service center. the one who can move ur case = ICE lawyer

ice took one month to join the motion then the judge took 3 weeks and i got the letter from a letter from the court just 3 days later after the judgement

I have my termination letter from the judge since march until now my case still saying it’s pending on the eoir website for that reason uscis refused to approve my 485 because of that can anybody help me cuz I’m trying to go to my local court to see if they can help me

@Jenn P we were on same boat , I got website dismissal but not letter , the letter just received now I’m pushing my lawyer to send it uscis , cuz they said court will notify them but I don’t believe that.

@wingless sparrow you can send the letter yourself if u know where your case is at. if I was waiting for my lawyer who got so many cases to deal with I would probably still waiting until now with no green card. the only thing lawyer did was file the motion and I did all the communicating with uscis and the court myself

@Jenn P it’s impressive! yes my friend you are absolutely right . I would say to much thing about this unknown law firm.. no motion almost 2 years and waited uscis which is no jurisdiction.. I pushed them after I learn everything. I am still pushing them to do it because I paid they should do it … they even not sending me peace of court letter . they said we should wait uscis cuz court will notify . I mailed them I will do it send me letter then they said ok we will prepare for you but no sending letter to me .:(
