hi guys I need information about your experience with affirmative asylum case ihave filed my case since February 17 2025 then I saw a message saying your application was closed and it’ says your case moved from an interview to Decision and Decision is approval or denial.So I need information what should be the next step

although I never did any interviews

how can it moves from interview to Decision while I never did any interview

from 17 February to 31 may 2025

at the same time I didn’t get mail from uscis but they told me already explanation is in the notices written paper which I’m still waiting for it almost one month and eight days

you have to apply after 150 days

@Iman Hassan you can check it’s on EOIR system. if you case was denied then they sent it to the court and your case will be in court system.

@Iman Hassan if it’s not there then it will be approval letter which I feel not possible without interview. But may be you are a lucky person.

@Iman Hassan how did you enter the USA? on visa or through border with Mexico?

I entered through southern border from Mexico
