Need I-485 DIY Help
Hi All, After seeing this unexpected move, I’m wondering how to prepare for I-485 via myself. I really can’t pay for lawyers. How long will it take to prepare the docs and to be ready to submit? I didn’t collect anything yet.
Please help with your thoughts:
1. What documents do I have to prepare?
2. How long does it take to the immunization process?
3. How to find a doctor for the immunization process?
4. I’m from a country where we used to not get birth certificates. our birth certificates are dated way after our birth. so how to prepare this document?
I appreciate Any help/links for free DIY files.

you can start from the checklist section in the uscis i485 page. then you should read the uscis policy manuals to get the information you need. i485 is easier than i140 but a small error could end up in rfe with significant delays or even worse a denial. if you have a straightforward case (no dependents, always in status etc) go with diy, otherwise I strongly suggest you to save money and hire a lawyer.

it’s a pretty complex process and you don’t seem prepared to do your own research based on this post. I’d suggest you invest more time in research and possibly buy the DIY from Oscars Green Card (youtube channel)
