1..what does it mean when USCIS says Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record shortly. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 60-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center.
2..Do any one have any idea how I’m gonna speak to USCIS costumer service because for the pass few weeks now they have change everything

it means nothing but hopefully in your case it's good they told me 60 days then 120 days and it goes on

damn ..Have reach them out yet ..the 60days is over now ..do you have any idea how I can talk to their customer sery..I used to talk to them but for the past few days they change everything..

if you go to the Emma chat you can type speak with an agent and then click on connect with a live agent. they’ll ask a few security questions and then you can ask your questions

Basically, the website is saying, an immigration officer is assessing your eligibility for a visa or other immigration application.
