Please 🙏 Help me I filed on January, 7th and they returned back my package by rejection.

Did you submit to Vermont center? if yes, EAD renewal under Vawa will go to Nebraska. Same thing happened to me, resubmitted along with my rejection letter to Nebraska office Vawa last week, yet to receive receipt letter.

@Sure Mercy it’s free . all forms free for you as VAWA . just put fee waiver form.

@Daniel Ad @Kanye East i didn’t add the fee waiver form. I checked the form, i do not qualify for the fee waiver due to my income. Can anyone enlighten me now that i didn’t add any fee or fee waiver. What is going to happen? please advise

@Sure Mercy You’re VAWA right? Since April 1st 2024, no fee or fee waiver form is required for EAD or AP or i485 under VAWA & a few other categories. USCIS has fully abolished the fees for humanitarian categories. You’re good.

@Sure Mercy it doesn’t matter how much you make and your salary. you don’t have to pay anything $0000. you are under VAWA. they don’t need your income just fill this form and you will be good. I put fee waiver form just in case. I got my renewal notice today.
