so ur case still with the uscis right ? whats the day of sub and in which center ? no problem about expidete it will not effect the case but thats good, its good to make uscis understand how much you are suffering and trying to do anything to make it faster

they called immediate relatives of US citizens like cr1,cr1, ir1, it2 and parents and I think they started with the k2 too and started setting up expedited appointment even if the applicant hasn’t asked for the expedite. I think it’s because of the situation in the region

if you’re in lebanon, the panel physicians have been informed by the embassy to do the medical without the interview letter and even within after one week after the interview if there’s no availability.

I can't speak for other embassies but for US embassy in Lebanon you will need the confirmation page of the DS-160 used for K1 or K3 Visa or DS-260 used for the IR1 Visa along with the original bank receipt. Once you have these 2 items you confirm the appointment using the phone number provided or the website

@Eric Delicane i assume you completed the DS-260 and uploaded all the necessary documents at the ceac. You will need to login or create an account on https://portal.ustraveldocs.com/ and follow the immigration visa steps

what i want to understand, now you have finished all nvc processing i meam like submit the ds260 and upload all require documemt right, if so did the nvc send u a message in ceac that tell ur case is documnetilly completed wait for the embassy to confirm the interview appointment ? if so u have to wait for ur appointment

you have to chieck ceac log in and cheick for that message

Or they are expediting and you don’t get a letter with appt; for immigrant visa

@Eric Delicane just like @MH Had said for immigrant Visa you need to wait till the NVC completed review of your documents using the ceac. once done you will get an email with the day and time

bro did you finished all nvc processing, have you chieked it in CEAC which is the website of nvc, u have to chiek it, if they accept all the document then u just need to wait for the appointment letter u will get it
