@ali khedr did you find way to talk to lawyer how the case will move forward? the lawyer I have spoke to arvise me to wait Im afraid because I just apply my citizenship later on they will tell to apply I-130 petition then another waiting time

@Mi Im The lawyer also advised me to wait and not file any mandamus case. I will apply for citizenship in 2027. There are two years left, which is too many for us, frankly. I am like someone who is handcuffed and imprisoned. I want to see my wife, but waiting and patience is the only solution.

i filed for my wife 2022 now I that I applied my N400 the case still pending really dont have idea but just trust the process when I got my travel permit I meet my wife in KL after that we received rfe I-590 and now looking for way again while case is pending to meet her but itslook like only the travel permit or wait US passport if I got approved. we submit the I-590 RFE on Dec 5,2024 no response if USCIS recevd it my lawyer said its normal have to wait atleast 6months for RFE response

@Mi Im .i filed for my wife on 2023 August. and received rfe response and I 5<90 on November 2024.i didn't meet wife since camed here i have travel document but I didn't used it .I tried to apply for visa to any where to see her but my travel document Not useful now because it should have at least 6 months left and it will expire in September. I tried to get any visa for any country but the process was rejected because my passport only has 5 months left. I have reached a very difficult psychological stage. I will wait until the fifth month at most and try to hire a new lawyer and I will keep trying my friend. I will apply for citizenship in November 2027. It is difficult to wait five or six years without seeing her.

@ali khedr we have same month received the rfe Nov 2024.I think for now we have to wait atleast 90-180 days lets keep updated here all the best!
