Need Advice I-751 filing

Do I really need affidavit? Don’t really want to disturb friends or family about this stuff So far this is what we have together. *I-751 completed form *Copies of Green card front/back *Copies of Joint tax returns from the previous 3 years *Copies of Joint checking and saving account statements *Copies of Driver’s licenses showing the same address *Copies of Marriage and Child birth certificate *Copies of a letter received from landlord to show when we terminated the lease at old address and Mortgage Deed with new address with both names. *Copies of joint credit cards statements *Copies of electric/gas utilities and cell phone bills showing both names. *Copies of life insurance with spouse as beneficiary. Joint auto, health, dental, vision and homeowners policies with both names. *Copies of Joint brokerage investment account and 401k statements showing spouse as beneficiary. *Copies of airlines and vacation reservations over past two years. *Photos of us together with family and new born. Also letters from family to us when we moved into our **How many months for the bank statements? All pages since conditional residence?? thanks #I-751

6 months bank statement, u don't need joint sponsor

Your spouse will still be sponsoring you to remove conditions on your green card even if you are earning. If she is working and earns as per requirement, she would be filling I-864ez, if not, there would be either a co-sponsor or sponsor filling I-864. This is formal requirement. All other documents are great.

I would suggest to fill credit card info (I forgot the form number) to pay application fee and finger print fee. This would immediately tell you the status of your application whether accepted for consideration or still needs more documentation if they don’t charge you.

With the list of documment you have enough to show you don’t need affidavit from friend and family and your child birth certificate is a strong evidence.
