Need a serious Inquiry
Hi Lawfully family,
I am in need of some feedback here:
I started my GC process through BDV solutions in eb3 unskilled category back in 2021 and My LC was approved at around jan 2022. and at that time I decided not to move forward through them.
and few months later my GC was filed through my wife's Employer (EB2-1) category as a DEPENDENT and now I have already received my GC EAD, I am now waiting for Green Card only.
now my question is should I withdraw that GC process that I started with BDV solutions? since LC expires in 6 months( and in my case it already expired). should I still do something like withdraw that process or let it be as it is and wait my GC?
please suggest

No I didn't ask for the refund. I think that's non-refundable.
