honestly, let us not trust the processing times. it’s just a rough estimation and no one is accountable for it though they post and regularly update it on their website. They say that, “petitions are getting reviewed in order of their submission”. But that’s not happening and some are getting approved ahead of others while their is no RFE or other issues that could cause the delay for the other case or so. just no reason and “In order” service is not true. To verify this, go back to check the approved cases in every category and for no reason, you will see one got approved later although s/he submitted the petition before the other. Something is just wrong other than the COVID case reasoning. California Service Center is the worst of all.

We had the same comment from our congressman and imo; Nebraska’s processing time is whenever they feel it. I’ve seen people who applied in Jan 2023 got approval. Here we are, waiting almost and more than a year.

I’ve seen a lot of case approvals from Jan 2022 get approvals not 2023 so they’ll be too January in the next month or two I’m thinking 🤔
