I’m January filer and receieve nothing…Nebraska is still working on October EAD

My PD is June 28, bio in August and in September the status was updated to "fingerprints were taken" Expedite request was denied for I-131 My wedding is planned for December back home but I don't think the combo card will arrive by that time. It's frustrating

Hi, filed on 1/15, bio done on 7/15 - no combo card, no GC yet. Nebraska - EB2 - RoW It seems there are no patterns on when they approve forms at centers like Nebraska - seems quite random - let's hope it will happen soon!

yes same issue here with me. travel document (i-131) is still stuck in fingerprints status since march. I contacted to uscis customer service and they told me they are working on it.

and every month they raise processing time. I started in Jan with 3-4 month wait and it’s 10,5 now

applied October 30 eb based, bio done in April and after that total silence

it’s so frustrating to be honest. Not sure of they understand the intense amount of mental pressure we are facing thanks to their berucracy and red tape

also Nebraska and EB3. PD is 03/12th 4 EAD expedite requests denied. RFE was sent last week and I just got an update that it has been received. I don’t think they are focused on EAD and that’s why they are backlogged to October. I think they are focusing on green card approvals because that would drop combo card cases. at least I think that’s the case for EB but don’t know for sure. I am just praying I get news soon. I I NEED TO WORK!!! it’s been over 3 months!

omg guys I can't believed my travel document has been approved and produced. we were talking about just yesterday about Nebraska service center. Alhamdulillah I'm hoping for every one of your document's gets speedy process like mine

yes I got my ead 3 weeks ago already

oh did you expedite? I didn’t know Nebraska was already in March EAD

basically I applieded for green card, ead and travel document same time. and all the documents was in National Benefits Center but for some reason they transferred my travel document to Nebraska service center I don't know why but everything is good now. only waiting for green card hopefully soon

ohhhh I see. that’s why you got yours already in addition to prayers. nbc is quicker. makes sense why you have your EAD now

my ead came 3 weeks ago

I never waited for ead more than 6 months in last 8 years. average time was 4 months for me always

I have been waiting for 7 months now and my last EAD expired in July so I have been out of work for over 3 months now. not fun.

yeah now it’s ugly for EBs. 8 months and counting

@deds so that's so weird my ead was expired 5 months ago but I was still working with old ones if you show that you have a receipts notice I think you good to go. technically your employer can't do anything to you as long as you showed them the receipt notice. that's what I did

our cases must be different then. my lawyers told me I couldn’t work and I saw it on the uscis website but like I said our cases are must have different rules. mine is employment based.

I am just hoping this gets done sooner than later!

Nebraska Eb2 filer, I-765 I-485, I-131 submitted on 2/8/21, bio taken on 4/1/21, no combo card, no GC, still waiting.
