Nebraska SC - EAD/AP combo approved
Filed I-485, I-140, I-765, and I-131 on March 5, 2021. All went to Nebraska (employment based). My visa was going to expire December 17, 2021. I don't know if the second expedite or congressional inquiry worked, but one of them must have done the job. My EAD/AP combo card was approved today. Filed an expedite on Oct 26th for financial loss and Congressional office sent an inquiry on October 20th. I encourage people to keep trying. This is a stressful situation, but don't give up.

@ Krishna - November 9th my I-765 tracking was updated to say "we received your additional information" and it was sent to an officer for review. I'm assuming this was the letters that my congresswoman had as support. I never submitted anything to USCIS myself, but on my second expedite request I asked them to heavily annotate my case when I called.

@Katerina - they didn't ask me for evidence. I only gave the customer service agent a lot of notes over the phone.

what do you need to bring for congressman?
is it free service? how do you expedited thru them?

@ aa you should be able to find a form to complete at their office website. It will ask for details and what result you are looking for. Alternatively, call their office. This is a free service and you ask them to make an inquiry on your behalf. USCIS has to respond to them in 30 days.
